Stress and subconscious relief
My spiritual journey began in 2012 with the initiatory adventure of the New Warriors (ManKind Project). I then encountered Kundalini yoga, which radically transformed my life. I have almost finished my level 2 training, trained for White Sound Gong and Sat Nam Rasayan (level 1). The practice of the gong and supporting others in their personal transformation is, for me, a great source of joy.

Taking care of yourself after
the arrival of a child
At the age of 25, I discovered kundalini yoga, which allowed me to begin a journey of self-awareness. In 2017, I became a mother and immersed myself in motherhood with Yoga Doula training.
After a painful first postpartum experience but still wanting a second child, I specialized as a postnatal doula. This allowed me to have a second, smoother and more fluid postpartum experience.
Through this, I noticed the lack of support and information available to young mothers around postpartum. But above all, I noticed the number of mothers who suffer from it. Today, I want to support future families in their motherhood with a specific focus on the postnatal period.
I am always looking for new learning opportunities and experiences!
I also speak Spanish and a little English.

Back to basics
After discovering Kundalini yoga 16 years ago, I chose, somewhat out of bravado, out of a sense of challenge—and it was a challenge—to train at Amrit Nam Sarovar in 2019. Since then, I have been leading Kundalini yoga and meditation practices in Yverdon-les-Bains. In 2023, I helped create Lieu d'eÌ‚tre, a place for exchange, sharing, and solidarity that brings together different physical and mindful practices. Thanks to weekly group classes and the retreats I organize in Greece, I am on a journey with Kundalini yoga. It is a path that is sometimes arduous but always accompanied and enchanted... Step by step, with each breath, I feel alive; with each exhalation, I connect with myself, with my inner depths. And this gives me momentum and grounding to walk through life with enthusiasm and joy.
